Refund Policy

Our clients' satisfaction is a top priority for us. Therefore, we accept refund requests whenever possible.

This is how our refund system works: once you've placed an order with us, in case you change your mind, we will try to reimburse you as fast as possible. However, we will not be able to pay for the articles that have been already written. But we will reimburse you for the rest of the articles, minus the small fee that PayPal takes from such transactions.

For example, let's say you ordered 30 articles and asked for a refund a couple of days later. If we've already written 7 articles, we will not be able to reimburse you for these, but we'll pay you back the price of the remaining 23 articles. And, of course, we'll deliver the 7 articles we've alreeady written for you.

Please use the contact form to ask for a refund and make sure you specify the Unique Transaction ID provided by PayPal.
